Dallas Closet Design was born from a desire to create organization and efficiency within the home of a busy and on-the-go family.

Shannon Swarbrick, the owner of Dallas Closet Design, was just trying to simplify life and get her house in order when she had a closet installed by a leading closet company. Sticker shock soon followed. “We definitely overpaid and they under-delivered for what should have been a straight forward project. I saw an opportunity to provide a service to families like mine with a quality product at a great price while offering the very best in customer service.”

No stranger to fulfilling the needs of others with a smile, Shannon began her career at mega-retailer Nordstroms and was inspired by their commitment to service and to their customers. Dallas Closet Design is a natural extension of her retail background and blends her love of fashion, merchandising, symmetry and organization.

“We’re not trying to outsmart the competition, just out service them,” says Shannon. “We spend time talking with our customers, determining their needs and creating a space that is not only purposeful, but beautifully designed.”
